Is there a parking lot?
Yes! We have onsite parking on either side of the building. After the lots are full, plenty of street parking is available.
Is there a charge to park?
Every event is different. Parking is sometimes free, and sometimes there is a $10 charge. Feel free to message us on FB or IG to find out if a specific event will incur a charge.
What time does your box office open?
Our box office is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day except Wednesday.
Does the venue have age restrictions?
Most events are all ages unless specifically noted next to the event and ticket listing. Some events are 18+ and others are 21+
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes we are handicap accessible.
What is your refund policy?
Unless a show cancels or reschedules, there will be no refunds under any circumstances.
Can I leave the venue and come back in?
In-and-outs are not permitted at our venue unless clearly specified. Make sure you don’t leave the venue unless you don’t plan on coming back.
Are there food and drinks at Reverb?
Yes! We have a full kitchen and Pizza Shop with a large menu. Guests 21 and older with valid ID can purchase alcoholic beverages at the various bars in the venue.
Is there a lost and found?
If you lose an item while at an event, please message us on FB or IG to see if it has been turned in. Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to look for your item and respond back to you. The venue is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. As a courtesy we hold lost items for 7 days.
Are cameras allowed?
Professional cameras and/or cameras with detachable lenses are NOT allowed without a valid media pass.
Do you accept all types of credit cards?
We accept most major credit cards, and you can pay for entrance with a credit card as well.
What is your dress code?
We do not enforce a strict dress code, however we do reserve the right to deny entry to any patron for any reason.
What is your bag policy?
We do not allow backpacks, giant purses, or other large bags into the venue. Smaller drawstring bags and regular sized purses are ok.
Can I get a job there?

Where can I buy advance tickets?
You can purchase tickets directly here on our website or Ticketmaster. You can also purchase tickets at our box office and local ticketing locations.
