Is there a parking lot?
Yes! We have plenty of off street parking at the venue. We have two large well-lit parking lots on either side of the building. In the event that the parking lot is full, there is plenty of street parking available also.
Is there a charge to park?
There is a fee to park in our parking lot for most events
What time is your office open?
We keep office hours from 1:00PM to 5:00pm on Monday through Friday.
Does the venue have age restrictions?
Most events are all-ages unless specifically noted on our website next to the event listing.
Is The Venue Handicap Accessible?
Yes we absolutely are!
Do you accept all types of cards?
Yes we accept all types of credit cards, and you can pay for entrance with a credit card as well.
What is your dress code?
We do not enforce a strict dress code however we reserve the right to deny entry to any patron for any reason

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
If Purchasing tickets at the box office the Day of a Show, you may only do this once doors open. Please check our events page for specific times.
Tickets will NOT be available at the box office if the show has sold out in advance.
What is will call?
If you purchased tickets through our site, you must pick up your tickets at Will Call (will call and the box office are the same thing), only on the night of the show. In order to enter the event, the purchaser must present a picture ID.
